Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect products.

Q. Do you offer exchanges?
A. Yes, size exchanges are available depending on product availability.

Q. How many days do I have to raise an exchange request?
A. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Q. What if I receive a damaged product?
A. Please share an unboxing video & clear images within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Q. Will sale items be exchanged or returned?
A. Products purchased during sale/discount offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q. Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong size?
A. Yes, subject to availability of the required size.

Q. Will shipping charges be refunded?
A. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
